CRENZLO

1. Applicability

1.1. Patients who have been prescribed Crenzlo for an approved indication and have been prescribed Crenzlo between 17th April 2025 to 31st December 2025 will be eligible for 1 free injection of Crenzlo on submission of valid document, Prescription of Crenzlo and purchase proof of Previous dose of Crenzlo injection. Patient can avail free Crenzlo Injection till 30 November’26.

2.1. By using/accessing the Platform, the User/Patient represents and confirms that they have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and that they are above 18 (eighteen) years of age and are able to provide necessary documentary proof such as Aadhaar Card, Passport etc., to verify the same (if required). The Terms constitute a legal and binding agreement between the User/Patient and Mankind.

3.1. The Platform is strictly for personal and non-commercial use. Copying, reproducing, selling, leasing, distributing, licensing, or making derivative works of the Program/Platform content is prohibited. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the Platform is not allowed;
3.2. Services shall not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations;
3.3. Infringement of copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights and privacy policies of Mankind or third parties is prohibited. Derogatory statements in social media or public platforms, defamation, disparagement, misleading public, or harassment of Mankind or its services are forbidden;
3.4. Patients must timely upload/provide requested documents/information;
3.5. Patients shall not attempt to access other patient's data, scan or procure information from the Platform, transmit viruses/defects/trojans, spam, or send unwanted messages; and
3.6. Creation of false accounts or fraudulent means to avail services is prohibited;

4.1. Patients will be eligible to receive services if their doctor/healthcare professional has recommended them to join the Program and they upload requisite documents on the Platform.

5.1. Doctors/healthcare physicians will share a QR code for Platform access;
5.2. Patients must share details such as complete name, phone number, Unique Code, Govt ID, doctor’s prescription mentioning Crenzlo, and Purchase invoice of Crenzlo to complete onboarding;
5.3. Upon document upload, the support team will review, and upon approval, the patient will be enrolled;
5.4. A confirmation text will be sent upon enrollment; and
5.5. Courier details for 1 free Crenzlo injection will be provided, and delivery will be made to the registered address 10 days before the next scheduled injection.

7.1. Information disclosed by the User/Patient will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose received. Mankind is not responsible for disclosure of information not requested for the Program; and
7.2. The Platform may retain records for facilitating services, which will be treated with utmost care and disclosed only on a need basis, following all data protection standards.

8.1. Mankind’s names and logos, including text and graphics on the Platform, are trademarks and copyrights of Mankind or its affiliates. Mankind’s Trademarks shall not be used to disparage or discredit Mankind. No reproduction or modification of the Platform content is allowed. Mankind reserves all rights, including refusing access if conduct violates laws or harms Mankind's interests, or terminating access with or without notice.

9.1. No substitution to Medical Advice: The Program does not intend to substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations. Users/Patients must continue seeking medical advice from their doctor/healthcare professional. Mankind is not liable for losses due to substitution of medical advice;
9.2. Force Majeure: Mankind is not responsible or liable for failure to provide services due to acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, lockdown, changes in laws, or other causes beyond reasonable control;
9.3. Third Party Links References: Links to third-party websites are for convenience and do not imply endorsement by Mankind. Access is at the User/Patient's risk;
9.4. Uninterrupted Services: Mankind does not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or errorfree services, or that the Platform is free of viruses/malware. Users/Patients are responsible for system security;
9.5. Attempt to hack data: Mankind may investigate and seek legal remedy against Users/Patients attempting to hack data or cause violations;
9.6. Medical Advice: The Platform provides educational/informational content only and does not constitute/substitute professional medical advice. No doctor-patient relationship is established. Users/Patients must seek advice from licensed doctors/healthcare professionals and not disregard professional medical advice based on Platform content.

10.1. Mankind and authors disclaim liability for actions/failures to act in accessing, using, or relying on Platform information, whether due to negligence or otherwise;
10.2. Mankind or authors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business/profits, related to Platform information use;
10.3. Users/Patients shall indemnify and hold Mankind and its directors, employees, or officers harmless from claims, costs, expenses, judgments, or losses due to prohibited, unlawful, or unauthorized use of the Platform or violation of applicable law;
10.4. Mankind is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive) arising from access, use, or inability to use the Platform;
10.5. Mankind does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of Platform information, though it aims to keep it current; and
10.6. Mankind does not warrant the Platform or linked network system free from operational errors, viruses, or harmful components, but will take reasonable measures. Mankind is not liable for service loss from communication/network failures or events beyond its control, or for injury/damage from inaccurate information provided by User/Patient.

11.1. Modification: Mankind reserves the right to update, change, modify, or delete any Terms, in whole or part, or suspend operation for maintenance, without notice. Changes are effective upon posting. Users/Patients are expected to review periodically;
11.2. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: The Platform is controlled by Mankind in India. Terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts. Access from territories where content is illegal is prohibited. Users/Patients are responsible for compliance with laws; and
11.3. Data Protection: Collection/storage of personal data for Platform access/services will be managed by a third-party service provider. Mankind will not have direct access and disclaims liability for data protection law violations by virtue of Platform use.
